Support agreement

Support agreements are available at an annual fee of 25 % of the software tool sales price.

The support agreement includes upgrades of the program as and when they become available, together with any necessary changes to the documentation, and technical assistance on the phone within reason. Note that a three months support period is included in all purchases.
