In order for you to take full advantage of our software tools, Sydvest Software offers support agreements along with the tools. The support agreement gives you access to our line of support including telephone hot line and help through our support-pages, as well as software upgrades. We emphasise keeping our software tools updated both with respect to the development within the application area as well as user interface.

To give the user the best starting point, Sydvest Software offers training courses both in the practical use of our software tools as well as on the theory behind the tools. As our software tools all have a user-friendly interface, we focus the training courses towards the techniques employed in the field of safety and reliability. Training courses may be held at your premises, or you may participate in one of our public events. Please contact us for further information about our training courses and seminars, including upcoming events and cost of training courses.
In co-operation with our partners Safetec and SINTEF Industrial Management, we offer assistance in implementing the application of software tools in the user’s organisation. This service implies taking one step further compared to training courses, and could e.g. consist of developing internal procedures for your organisation or similar. Our initiators SINTEF and Safetec have more than ten years of experience in development of software tools in the area of safety and reliability. Sydvest Software builds directly on this tradition, and with personnel having work experience from SINTEF.
